Masala Mackerel
Everyone’s favourite Mackerel, just got tastier and easier. Cut, cleaned and spiced, all you have to do is toss it on a pan and relish this fresh tasting fish and the richness of its authentic Konkani Masala.
How to prepare?
- As it is premarinated with delicious kokani masalas, spread some semolina on masala mackerel both sides and gently press.
- Place frying pan and preheat oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Cook masala mackerel both side to 5 minutes until it cook well.
- Masala mackerel is ready with fingers licking taste.
