Instructions:

Storage Instruction: Always Store in the freezer compartment at minus 18˚C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Consume within 2 hrs after defrosting.

Defrosting Instruction: For best results thaw in refrigerator until soft.

Non-glazing factor: We vacuum pack our flash-frozen fish, there’s just no need for glazing, it’s not puffed, there’s just whole meat you’ll definitely be left praising! No icy layer on the fish so there’s no added water weight.

How to prepare?

Chef Recommends:
Fried Squid Rings: After defrosting, apply marination or masala properly. Shallow fry in 7-8 teaspoon of oil for 5-8 minutes.

Squid Rings Curry or Masala: After defrosting, add the pieces to your regular masala or curry.
