Cold Coconut Crab Stick Soup

Ingredients:
- Gadre Crab Sticks
- Desiccated Coconut
- Coconut Milk
- Pine Nuts
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Chili Flakes
- Coriander Oil
Preparation Method:
- Heat oil and butter in a pan.
- Add garlic and take the pan off the heat, to avoid the butter from burning.
- Add black peppercorns, salt and chilli flakes.
- Place Gadre Crab Sticks in a baking dish and pour the butter and garlic concoction over it.
- Bake it for 4 to 5 minutes at 160 degree celsius.
- Take out the baking dish and serve.
