Cold Coconut Crab Stick Soup

  • Gadre crab sticks
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Coconut milk
  • Pine nuts
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Chili Flakes
  • Coriander Oil

Preparation Method

  • Heat oil and butter in a pan
  • Add garlic and take the pan off the heat, to avoid the butter from burning
  • Add black peppercorns, salt and chilli flakes
  • Place Gadre Crab Sticks in a baking dish and pour the butter and garlic concoction over it
  • Bake it for 4 to 5 minutes at 160 degree celsius
  • Take out the baking dish and serve
